FAQ MIGRATION
For taking admission for any course from other university migration certificate is required. Ideally you should check with the university where you are securing admission that what all documents they need.
No, migration certificate once issued can only be used for securing admission in one university.
Entire process is online at a convenience of click. Applicant needs to upload the documents, update the educational details & complete the payment.
Transfer certificate, PRN Number/ Enrolment Letter, Latest marksheet, passport size photograph. All the documents are to be uploaded in png, jpg or pdf only. The file size should be 5MB.All documents have to be uploaded in original. In case of Photocopy/ Xerox copies being uploaded, Attestation is mandatory. Documents like Bonafide Letter, Leaving Certificate & Transfer Certificate should be issued within the last 6 months.(All the documents should have college stamp and signature)
If the student decides to leave the institution, college, or school then transfer certificate is prepared by the in-charge of the institution.
It is the unique number allotted by university to the student once they secure admission.
Transfer certificate is issued by the college. So the applicant needs to check with the college.
Marksheet(s) of the latest examination appeared by the applicant.

For digital payment, the cost is RS 339 and for the courier, the payment will be 339 + 45 shipping charge
Once the certificate is ready & dispatched, the applicant will be given tracking id through which he/she can track the shipment
It takes about 3 working days to issue/dispatch the certificate.
The applicant can surrender the migration certificate at the Gujarat University Room No 14. However fees paid are non-refundable.
Since the entire process is online, the applicant can apply from anywhere. However at present courier service is only available within India. Currently we are not providing International shipping.
